    El projecte de recerca ARMIF00017 té com a objectiu dissenyar, implementar i avaluar un model formatiu d’estades de pràctiques observacionals participatives en centres educatius per a professorat universitari dels graus de Mestre d’Educació Infantil i Primària. Aquest enfocament busca enriquir la docència universitària connectant-la amb la realitat escolar. Mitjançant la tècnica del Fotoveu, es va recollir informació de 9 docents universitàries participants.Les subcategories d’anàlisi inclouen el focus d’interès de les practicants, la seva perspectiva de participació al centre i els temes d’interès emergents. Més de la meitat de les practicants centren el seu interès en el propi aprenentatge i experiència. Altres es concentren en la relació amb la mentora o entre els mestres. La majoria prenen una posició externa al procés escolar. Emergeixen diversos temes d’interès, incloent l’aprenentatge personal, l’expertesa dels mestres i la millora de la pràctica. La recerca busca millorar la comprensió del context escolar del professorat universitari i fomentar la reflexió sobre la pràctica docent. Així, es pretén generar impacte en la formació del professorat universitari i en la millora de les pràctiques educatives dels futurs i futures mestres.

    The objective of the ARMIF00017 research project is to design, implement and evaluate a training model of participatory observational internships in educational centres for university teachers of degrees in Early Childhoodand Primary Education. This approach seeks to enrich university teaching by connecting it with school reality.The Photovoice technique collected information from 9 university professors’ participants. The subcategories of analysis include the focus of interest of the trainees, their perspective of participation in the school and emergingtopics of their interests. More than half of the practitioners focus their interest on their learning and experience.Others concentrate on the relationship with the mentor or between teachers. Most of them are positioned outside the school process. Several topics of interest emerge, including personal learning, teachers’ and professors’expertise and practice improvement. The research aims to improve the university professors’ understanding of the school context and to encourage reflection on teaching practice. Thus, it aims to impact the training of university professors and improve the educational practices of future teachers
