    En la Sociedad de la Información y Comunicación, Internet se convierte en el medio de comunicación más extendido, constituye una fuente de recursos de información, conocimientos compartidos y de comunicación a escala mundial. Esto no sólo afecta a distintos facetas de la vida de las personas, sino también a distintos ámbitos como la orientación, abriéndose un abanico de posibilidades en relación a su potenciación. En este sentido, la orientación profesional debe valorar las oportunidades que ofrece el ciberespacio a través de herramientas como los blogs, dadas sus características, para el intercambio y la interacción. Los objetivos de este trabajo se concretan en conocer y analizar los contenidos planteados desde distintos blogs relacionados con la orientación profesional y determinar otros servicios de orientación que ofertan a la comunidad de usuarios. Se trata de una investigación cuantitativa de tipo descriptivo y con un diseño no experimental de corte transversal que se sirve de la técnica del análisis de contenido para realizar la revisión de los 137 blogs que componen la muestra. Los resultados muestran la diversidad de temáticas tratada en los blogs seleccionados, así como de servicios, lo que indica un rico recurso para aprovechar y explotar desde la orientación profesional.

    In a society of information and communication, the internet has transformed itself into the most utilized form of communication which constitutes a source of information, knowledge, and communication at a global scale. That affects not only different aspects of people’s lives but also other fields such as career guidance and its potential to open more possibilities. Career guidance must value these opportunities from the web through tools like blogs given its interesting characteristics for interaction and exchange. Because of this, the aim of this paper is to understand and analyze the contents of different blogs related to career guidance and determine what other training and guidance services are offered to the community. Quantitative research of a descriptive nature and a non-experimental transversal design is used for the examination of 137 blogs that compose the sample. The results show the diversity of themes and services in the selected blogs which indicate that blogs are a vast resource to use and explore from a professional perspective.
