    • The aim of this work is to provide an integrated perspective of the scientificdomain's research traditions on user-generated content (UGC), showingthe development, trends, and future lines of research. Using bibliometricmethodology, based on co-cites, we map the intellectual structure of currentscholarship in this field. Results point out the major areas of research, theevolution, path of dissemination, and transformative discoveries. Thisstudy contributes to the development of the UGC literature by providing anintegrated view of the field, facilitating quick understanding of theirstructure and identifying future lines of research
