    • The purpose of this research is to explore the correlation between twokey aspects of the corporate vision in the QSR sector: their enduringrecurring investment in internal corporate social responsibility, and theignition this delivers on organizational legitimacy. The research will bebased in collecting qualitative and quantitative data from the top 10players in the QSR sector in Spain. Also on a first stage, a co-citationanalysis has been run with Citespace, to analyse the main clusters andtrends of the past published literature. Key terms used for thispreliminary research has been: “social responsibility”, “sustainability”and “human resource”; the outcome has given us 11 main clusters thatgroup the key research published during past years, around those terms.This piece of research builds a real demonstration of all needs to still beimplemented by these large employers, in the service industry, settingthe path for future enhancement in their internal CSR “green” approach
