    El presente trabajo pretende conocer el nivel de satisfacción de los agentes educativos implicados en el desarrollo de grupos interactivos (GI), cómo funcionan, que beneficios aportan a toda la comunidad educativa y si dan respuestas a sus necesidades y cómo se aceleran los aprendizajes en GI, con el fin de aportar información detallada que nos ayude a fundamentar la toma de decisiones, teniendo en cuenta que la información que hemos recogido proviene de las valoraciones, tanto de profesores como de voluntarios y de la observación de sesiones de trabajo en las que se llevan a cabo GI en un centro de primaria en la Comunidad de Madrid. Para ello nos hemos centrado en conocer y comprender qué es una comunidad de aprendizaje, las actuaciones educativas de éxito (AEE) y sus antecedentes en el marco del proyecto Includ-ed. Se ha evidenciado una alta participación en las actividades y la implicación de los voluntarios como dinamizadores del proceso educativo en las áreas trabajadas (Inglés, Matemáticas, Lengua). En este estudio podemos concluir que en la transformación de la escuela no sólo los expertos deben ser los responsables, sino todos los agentes educativos que se relacionan con los alumnos.

    The present work expect to know the level of satisfaction of the educational agents involved in the development of interactive groups (GI), how they work, what benefits they bring to the whole educational community and if they give answers to their needs and how they accelerate the learning in GI , in order to provide detailed information to help us inform decision-making, taking into account that the information we have collected comes from the evaluations of both teachers and volunteers and the observation of work sessions in which carry out GI in a primary school in the Community of Madrid. For this we have focused on knowing and understanding what is a learning community, educational success actions (AEE) and its background in the framework of the Includ-ed project. There has been a high participation in the activities and the involvement of the volunteers as promoters of the educational process in the areas worked (English, Mathematics, Language). In this study we can conclude that in the transformation of the school not only the experts should be responsible, but all the educational agents that relate to the students.
