In the current digital era, bullying and cyberbullying are significant problems that profoundly affect mental health and well-being, especially among young people. These forms of bullying impact both school and virtual environments, having devastating consequences on the daily lives and holistic development of students. A social justice approach is essential to ensure inclusive and equitable education, protecting students from the harmful effects of bullying and cyberbullying. This study analyzes the effects of bullying and cyberbullying from a social justice perspective, exploring solutions for their prevention in schools. Victims may experience from depression and anxiety to suicidal ideation, affecting their academic performance and social relationships. Therefore, it is essential to implement interventions that promote equity and inclusion, such as social skills education and the creation of safe school environments. Collaboration between families, educators and online platforms is crucial to prevent cyberbullying and ensure a healthy and safe educational environment for all students
