This study deals with the creation and validation of the questionnaire Knowledge of communicative and digital competencies 2024-2025 designed to assess the degree of development of these competencies, using a Likert scale and from the perspective of the learner. The form consists of 65 items that have been approved by an expert group using the Delphi method. In the first round, 111 responses were obtained. The results show that less than 50% of the respondents feel competent in the mastery of language in different contexts. The answers show interest and curiosity on the part of students to use more digital and communication tools to help them with their studies. The questionnaire is part of a bigger research work included in PhD research. The doctoral thesis aims to design a transition plan based on communicative and digital competences from high school to university, with the purpose of ensuring prepared students not only for their specific degrees but also for work society.
