    • The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted the lifestyles of the entire population but more especially on children and adolescents with ADHD given the characteristics of their clinical condition; This is why this research arises from the need to respond to: how has the confinement associated with COVID-19 influenced the different areas of development of children with ADHD? The research was developed under a qualitative approach based on data collection through semi-structured interviews, in which a total of 32 therapeutic pedagogy teachers and 31 occupational therapy specialists participated. The results indicate important regressions in the cognitive and social-affective areas, with the main factors responsible for this being pointed out: the break with pre-established routines, the change in social interaction models and overexposure to screens during the confinement period. In general, the COVID-19 pandemic meant serious regressions in the development milestones achieved by profiles with ADHD, calling into question whether interventions after the pandemic situation contemplated these needs.
