Patrimonio universitario y formación de estudiantes de ciencias técnicas en la Cujae: ¿antagónicos o compatibles?

    La comunicación que se presenta a continuación tiene como objetivo principal contribuir al aumento del conocimiento sobre elpatrimonio cultural universitario de la comunidad Cujaeña, así como mostrar los corolarios de las labores realizadas por el GPCC25en la formación de estudiantes en la CUJAE y su impacto en la educación técnica-profesional. La necesidad de esta investigaciónparte de las limitaciones existentes respecto al conocimiento de las tradiciones y costumbres de la comunidad universitaria. Seemplean métodos científicos en la investigación tanto a nivel empírico como teórico. Los resultados forman parte de inclusionesen la docencia que se imparte a los estudiantes de ingeniería y arquitectura. Las mismas están específicamente relacionadascon la introducción de temas vinculados a las tradiciones, costumbres, a modo de favorecer el impacto positivo al incrementarla noción sobre el patrimonio material e inmaterial, contribuir a la formación de valores y demostrar la importancia que tiene suprotección. Entre las principales conclusiones, se puede decir que se ha logrado el incremento de los conocimientos sobre el temaen el estudiantado, han elevado su sentido de pertenencia, identidad, entre otros valores. Se ha demostrado que incluir temassobre patrimonio material e inmaterial universitario en el currículo de las carreras es totalmente viable, son compatibles.

    The communication presented below has as its main objective to contribute to the expansionof knowledge regarding the university cultural heritage of the Cujaeña community, as well as toshow the corollaries of the work carried out by the GPCC in the formation of students at CUJAEand its impact on technical-professional education. The necessity for this research stems fromthe existing limitations regarding the knowledge of the traditions and customs of the universitycommunity. The research employs scientific methods at both the empirical and theoretical levels. The findings are incorporated into the curriculum for engineering and architecture students.These are specifically related to the introduction of topics related to traditions and customs, withthe objective of favoring a positive impact by increasing knowledge about tangible and intangible heritage, contributing to the formation of values, and demonstrating the importance of itsprotection. The research yielded several key findings; amongst them, there was an observableincrease in knowledge among the student cohort, as well as a notable enhancement in theirsense of belonging and identity, along with other values. Also, the integration of heritage topics,both tangible and intangible, into the university curriculum was successfully demonstrated to befeasible and compatible
