    El objetivo del presente estudio es determinar la manifestación de las características del callejón limeño en las zonas urbanasconsolidadas del Cusco en el periodo 2010-2020, a través de una investigación cualitativa que usa el método de análisis interpretativo, con una población de veinte unidades de análisis seleccionadas por relevancia y significado producto de la exploracióncon el uso de una ficha de registro en las zonas urbanas consolidadas de la ciudad. Los resultados muestran que el callejón surgecomo un modelo de vivienda colectiva cuando se subdivide un predio matriz en sub lotes y un pasillo estrecho de uso común. Sumanifestación es mayor en los predios ubicados cerca al centro histórico de Cusco y la parte antigua del distrito de Wanchaq ycuanto más alejado se halle de estas zonas urbanas consolidadas, su manifestación disminuye. El callejón alberga muchas unidades de vivienda en edificaciones que varían entre cuatro y seis niveles con la tecnología tradicional de concreto armado parasatisfacer la necesidad habitacional de un sector de la población de nivel socioeconómico medio, que busca generar mayoresingresos a través de la renta, pero al costo de generar viviendas que no consideran las condiciones mínimas de habitabilidad enasoleamiento, iluminación, ventilación y privacidad para sus ocupantes

    The objective of the present study is to determine the manifestation of the characteristics of theLima alley in the consolidated urban areas of Cusco in the period 2010-2020, through qualitativeresearch that uses the interpretive analysis method, with a population of twenty units of analyzesselected by relevance and mean product of exploration with the use of a registration form in theconsolidated urban areas of the city. The results show that the alley emerges as a collective housing model when a parent property is subdivided into sublots and a narrow corridor for commonuse. Its manifestation is greater in the properties located near the historic center of Cusco andthe old part of the Wanchaq district and the further away it is from these consolidated urbanareas, its manifestation decreases. The alley houses many housing units in buildings that varybetween four to six levels with traditional reinforced concrete technology to satisfy the housingneeds of a sector of the population with a medium socioeconomic level, which seeks to generategreater income through rent, but at the cost of generating homes that do not consider the minimum conditions of habitability in sunlight, lighting, ventilation and privacy for their occupants.
