Transferencia e impacto del master en docencia para profesorado universitario del ICE de la Universitat de Barcelona

    En este trabajo se evalúa el Máster en Docenciapara Profesorado Universitario del ICE de la UB, que se imparte en la Universidad de Barcelona y en la Universidad de Antofagasta (Chile). Se analiza la satisfacción, la transferencia y el impacto percibidos por los profesores de ambas instituciones. Los profesores de la UA muestran mayor satisfacción con el máster que los de la UB y valoran mejor los beneficios de la formación y la posibilidad de transferir su aprendizaje a la práctica docente.

    This paper presents a critical evaluation of theMaster’s Degree in Higher Education by the ICE-UB which is offered at the University of Barcelona and at the University of Antofagasta (Chile). Satisfaction of the trainees and the transfer and impact of their learning are analyzed. The teachers from the UA show greater satisfaction than those from the UB, and they rank both the training benefits and the opportunity to apply their knowledge to their teaching practice higher.
