  Aquesta comunicació presenta el procés de reflexió que s’ha dut a terme a la Universitat de Girona sobre el seu nivellde community engagement(compromís comunitari), en el marc del projecte europeu SHEFCE, en el qual han participat cinc universitats pilot. La primera fase consisteix en l’anàlisi i el diagnòstic a partir d’una caixa d’eines; la segona fase consisteix en la redacció d’un pla d’acció estratègic a partir dels resultats obtinguts.

  This communication presents the process of reflection that has been carried out att he University of Girona about their level of community engagement in the European project SHEFCE, in which have participated five pilot universities. The first phase consists of the analysis and diagnosis based on a toolbox; these cond phase consists of the drafting of a strategic action plan based on the results obtained.
