Resumen de Narrativas biográficas de tres docentes resilientes de preescolar indígena de Baja California

  El presente artículo se centra en las narrativas de tres docentes de educación preescolar adscritas a una zona escolar del servicio indígena del municipio de Ensenada, Baja California (México). El objetivo del estudio fue conocer sus experiencias iniciales al incorporarse al magisterio y la manera en que resolvieron los imprevistos que se les presentaron. El corpus generado, a partir de entrevistas semiestructuradas, fue examinado a través de un análisis narrativo que permitió recuperar sus voces. Los resultados muestran que las participantes no se limitaron únicamente a cumplir con las funciones educativas estipuladas por la normativa educativa oficial; al contrario, realizaron múltiples actividades con el objetivo de ofrecer espacios para la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de sus estudiantes, con los que se sienten identificadas.

  This article focuses on the biographical narratives of three preschool teachers who work in the indigenous service of Ensenada, Baja California in Mexico. From their narratives it was possible to know their income to the teaching profession, their initial activities and how they solved the unforeseen events and various situations that arose in their teaching practice. Their experiences were recovered from semi-structured interviews and participant observation in each preschool. The generated corpus was worked from a narrative analysis that allowed to recover their voices. The results showed that, during their first years of service, the participants did not limit themselves only to fulfilling the educational functions stipulated by the official regulations; on the contrary, they carried out multiple activities with the aim of offering suitable spaces for teaching and learning for their students.
