    Tras contextualizar la figura como guionista de Santiago Segura en los precedentes españoles de su late show, se ha estudiado su estructura y contenidos. La metodología aplicada ha sido el estudio de caso y el análisis de contenido. Entre otras conclusiones se establece que la estructura y fragmentación de contenidos unificados narrativamente por la figura del conductor, el programa de La Sexta manifiesta características comunes heredadas del show americano The Tonight Show. En lo que respecta a otros elementos se observa que experimentan una adaptación sujeta a la trayectoria periodística del director

    After contextualizing Santiago Segura's figure as a scriptwriter in the Spanish precedents of his late show, its structure and contents have been studied. The methodology applied has been the case study and content analysis. Among other conclusions, it is established that the structure and fragmentation of contents narratively unified by the figure of the host, the program of La Sexta manifests common characteristics inherited from the American show The Tonight Show. Regarding other elements, it is observed that they undergo an adaptation subject to the journalistic trajectory of the director.
