    Actualmente, las herramientas tecnológicas están propiciado cambios sustanciales en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.

    El objetivo de este estudio cuantitativo y cualitativo es analizar las percepciones de los estudiantes sobre el uso de Facebook y Google classroom por medio de los algoritmos deep learning y árbol de decisión. Los participantes son 54 estudiantes (42 hombres y 12 mujeres) de la Facultad de Ciencias en la Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México durante el ciclo escolar 2022. En este estudio, los resultados del algoritmo deep learning señalan que Facebook y Google classroom influyen positivamente la motivación y participación en la educación a distancia. Asimismo, el algoritmo árbol de decisión facilitó la identificación de las condiciones predictivas sobre el uso de estas herramientas tecnológicas considerando las características de los estudiantes. Las limitaciones son el tamaño de la muestra y las variables dependientes. Por lo tanto, los futuros trabajos pueden analizar la incorporación de Facebook y Google classroom en las secundarias, preparatorias y universidades considerando los aspectos sobre el desarrollo de habilidades y la asimilación del conocimiento. En conclusión, los profesores pueden utilizar Facebook y Google classroom para favorecer la creación de nuevas actividades escolares, promover la participación de los alumnos desde cualquier lugar y motivar a los participantes durante el aprendizaje bajo la modalidad a distancia

    Currently, technological tools are promoting substantial changes in the teaching-learning process.The aim of this quantitative and qualitative study is to analyze the students' perceptions about the use of Facebook and Google classroom through the deep learning and decision tree algorithms. The participants are 54 students (42 men and 12 women) from the Faculty of Sciences at the National Autonomous University of Mexico during the 2022 school year. In this study, the results of the deep learning algorithm indicate that Facebook and Google classroom positively influence the motivation and participation in the distance education. Likewise, the decision tree algorithm facilitated the identification of the predictive conditions about the use of these technological tools considering the characteristics of the students. The limitations are the sample size and dependent variables. Therefore, future works can analyze the incorporation of Facebook and Google classroom in the middle schools, high schools and universities considering the aspects on the development of skills and assimilation of knowledge. In conclusion, teachers can use Facebook and Google classroom to encourage the creation of new school activities, promote the participation of the students from anywhere and motivate the participants during the distance learning
