    Se realiza una aproximación a las Unidades Especializadas de Orientación Educativa (UEO) a nivel legislativo en la Comunidad Valenciana, en función de la normativa especializada en materia de Orientación Educativa, específicamente en relación a este tipo de recursos, servicios de asesoramiento y las medidas de respuesta educativa. Por ello, se advierte toda la legislación y normativa al respecto, ya que sin duda resultan fundamentales como actuaciones educativas de apoyo escolar, tanto a nivel social, pedagógico como psicopedagógico. En este sentido, debemos conocer las funciones de manera pormenorizada, así como los recursos que tenemos a nuestra disposición para la comunidad educativa.

    Asimismo, se debe orientar de manera adecuada la formación de profesionales para dar respuesta de calidad a los objetivos escolares establecidos, así como realizar un trabajo conjunto con equipos inter- disciplinares.

    An approach to the Specialized Units of Educational Guidance (UEO) at a legislative level in the Valencian Community is made, according to the specialized regulations on Educational Guidance, specifically in relation to this type of resources, counseling services and educational diagnosis. There- fore, all the legislation and regulations in this regard, as they are undoubtedly fundamental as educa- tional actions of school support, both socially, pedagogical and psycho-pedagogical. In this sense, we must know the functions in detail, as well as the resources we have at our disposal for the educational community. Likewise, the training of professionals must be adequately oriented to provide a quality response to the established school objectives, as well as to work together with interdisciplinary teams.
