All the vegetal products lose quality after the harvest moment. Seedless table grapes is a com-modity that allow good profits to producers and so they intent to storage them for a long period of time with easy and practical technologies. The subject of this study was the post-harvest behaviour of seedless table grapes variety Crimson, harvested from two different farms, and stored in cold conditions at 1°C and RH 95%, with application of a plastic film (©PPlus), often used for fruit preservation. Samples were analyzed during a period of 60 days, considering 3 repetitions for each sample, and evaluating the following parameters: weight of berry, weight loss during storage time, external color (L*a*b* C* h°), fruit texture, soluble solids content (SSC), pH, titratable acidity (TA), total polyphenols and mineral analysis. For the analysis of the results an analysis of variance was performed and can be conclude that there are significant differences between table grapes obtained in the different farms. Considering the above re-ferred quality parameters and also the fungus development the sixtieth day conservation seems to be the limit of time storage under these conditions.
