Resumen de e·Chinese Tools: el Pan Gu de los recursos digitales para el aprendizaje y la enseñanza del chino como lengua extranjera

  El uso de las tecnologías está cada vez más presente en todos los ámbitos de la vida y, por lo tanto, también lo está en el estudio de la lengua china. El empleo de herramientas digitales no solo facilita la enseñanza y el aprendizaje de esta lengua, sino que incluso en ciertos contextos está sustituyendo los modelos tradicionales de enseñanza-aprendizaje. Sin embargo, este nuevo contexto socioeducativo no está exento de dificultades, ya que a menudo resulta difícil identificar los recursos más útiles y adecuados para cada perfil de estudiante y estadio del aprendizaje, así como saber evaluar su idoneidad y calidad. Ante esta situación, consideramos necesario disponer de una herramienta para ofrecer los recursos existentes de una forma ordenada. La identificación de esta necesidad dio lugar a e·Chinese, una base de datos cuatrilingüe cuyo objetivo principal es ofrecer en acceso abierto una recopilación de recursos digitales de tipologías diferentes para la enseñanza y aprendizaje del chino. La base de datos, que está en constante actualización, ofrece una descripción sistemática de cada recurso fruto de un riguroso análisis de expertos. Así pues, en este artículo nos proponemos los siguientes objetivos: presentar el contexto que motivó la puesta en marcha de este proyecto, explicar la metodología seguida en la elaboración de la base de datos y, especialmente, en la selección, descripción y validación de los recursos incluidos, describir las principales características de e·Chinese desde el punto de vista del usuario, así como ofrecer una visión panorámica de la tipología de recursos que ofrece actualmente. A partir de los datos obtenidos, en las conclusiones reflexionaremos sobre la oferta existente, las lagunas detectadas y las nuevas tendencias, así como las posibles vías de desarrollo de materiales didácticos en la enseñanza-aprendizaje del chino.

  Nowadays the use of technologies is deeply embedded in the teaching and learning of foreign languages. Therefore, students and teachers are compelled to continuously update their digital skills. Moreover, the need for online teaching has been spurred by the COVID pandemics, which has posed new challenges in this regard. When searching for online tools, one of the main difficulties is the vast amount and disparity of resources available to both teachers and students, who often feel overwhelmed due to the lack of time or assessment criteria. In such cases, the potential of existing resources remains largely unexplored. In this context, we developed an online open access database of digital resources for Teaching and Learning Chinese as a Foreign Language. This ongoing digital project includes a collection of metadata to satisfy users with different profiles and needs. The database structure and resources’ tagging were designed through a dialogical process among all team members. Additionally, all resources are thoroughly analysed and described by a minimum of two researchers to guarantee overall consistency and quality. In sum, we set up an open access multilingual (Catalan, Spanish, English and Chinese) and dynamic website, which can be useful for both teachers and learners who, in turn, will be able to enrich it through different types of feedback. Through this paper, we present the rationale behind the database as well as the making of this project. Additionally, the paper aims to explain the database’s main features and to offer a quantitative overview of the existing resources. Lastly, through a close reading of the collected data, we will reflect on the existing offer, the gaps, the new trends as well as on how to fruitfully use ICTs to develop new educational resources in the field of TCFL.

  技术的应用愈发频繁地展现于生活的各个领域，它同时也出现在汉语的学习之中。数字工具的使用不仅令汉语的习得与教学变得更为便利，甚至在某些情况下正取代着我们传统的教学模式。然而，践行这一崭新的社会教育理念并非易事，因为替不同学习阶段的学生选取最为有用且合适的资源往往令人头痛，针对其质量与适用性的评估也叫人无从下手。对此，一款能有序呈现现存教学资源的工具亟待开发，面向这类需求的e·Chinese就此诞生。这是一款支持四语的数据库，旨在为汉语习得与教学提供不同类型且开放使用的数字资源，其内容不断更新完善，得益于专家对站内资源的精准分析，所有教学资源均具备系统化的描述。至此，本文介绍该项目的背景，阐明数据库创建中所遵循的方法，并针对已收录资源的选取、描述及评估进行解释；从用户角度论述e·Chinese的主要特点并概述当前提供资源的类型。根据所获的数据，我们将在结论中反思现有的服务存在的问题、未来发展趋势以及汉语习得与教学中发展教学材料的可能途径。
