    La corrupción es un hecho a nivel mundial que no respeta edad, raza, nivel jerárquico, país y que tiene la característica de vivir entre y alrededor de nosotros en mayor o menor grado. La pregunta es ¿cómo evitarla o desarticularla? Y de allí, que se ha considerado determinar la necesidad de las variables ética y educación y su porqué o razón, en relación a la corrupción y entre sí, a través de un análisis teórico y empírico que combina lo cuantitativo y lo cualitativo, generando a su vez, indicadores que ofrecen la posibilidad prioritaria y práctica a líderes, directores, educadores y a todo ser con ansias de vivir y progresar sin dañar a otros. Adicionalmente, estudiar la influencia del género en dicha necesidad y en las categorizaciones obtenidas. La muestra consultada fue de 392 tituladosuniversitarios que laboran en el estado de Baja California, área de gran impacto industrial y comercial de repercusión internacional de México colindante con el estado de California en USA. De forma separada, las tres variables, corrupción, ética y educación, son amplias en la literatura, existentes en dos de ellas en diversas formas, pero casi ausentes en la conjugación y relación de las tres, y de allí el aporte de esta investigación y el enfoque de influencia de las categorizaciones obtenidas y su relación con el género, lo cual no ha sido estudiado

    Corruption is a worldwide fact that has no respect for age, race, hierarchical level or country, and it has the characteristic of living among and around us to a greater or lesser degree. The question is how to avoid it or dismantle it? Hence, the consideration to determine the need for ethical and educational variables and their reason in relation to corruption and each other through a theoretical and empirical analysis that combines the quantitative and the qualitative, generating in turn, indicators that offer the practical and priority possibility to leaders, directors, educators, and all beings who are eager to live and progress without harming others. Additionally, to study the influence of gender on this need and on the categorizations obtained. The sample consulted was 392 university graduates who work in the state of Baja California, an area of great industrial and commercial impact of international repercussion in Mexico, adjacent to the state of California in the USA. Separately, the three variables -corruption, ethics and education- are broad in the literature existing in two of them in various forms, but almost absent in the conjugation and relationship of the three; hence, the contribution of this research and the influential approach of the categorizations obtained and their relationship with gender, which has not been studied
