    • In Mexico, as of 2008, the Integral Reform of Higher Secondary Education (IRHSE) is presented, within its thematic axes, especially the one included in axis 3, called the Management Mechanism, in the section; Generate Spaces of Educational Guidance and Attention to the Needs of the Students. Which takes into account the characteristics of the population of age to attend the baccalaureate. This research was carried out in the city of León in the State of Guanajuato in Mexico, within the facilities of the Escuela de Nivel Medio Superior Centro Histórico León (ENMSCHL), which belongs to the Colegio del Nivel Medio Nivel (CNMS), from the University of Guanajuato (UG). Since 2009 the Tutoring Liaison (TL), and the Psychopedagogical Liaison (PL), develop the attention to the students, in the case of the TL a survey is carried out at the end of each semester, there the tutor’s attention is evaluated towards the students. The Department of Tutoring of the UG, monitors the activity of each tutor by using the Electronic Folder of the Tutor (EFT). Based on the above, actions are carried out for the integral formation of each student.
