    El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar cómo interpretar la cata de vino, más concretamente la cata comentada. Así, abordaremos la interpretación de la cata comentada en una doble combinación lingüística español > alemán/inglés, para ello nos hemos apoyado en los datos de 2017 relativos a los principales países importadores de vino español cuya lengua es el alemán y el inglés. Asimismo, también hemos analizado la creciente importancia económica del sector enoturístico en España y sus esfuerzos por internacionalizarse. En primer lugar, hemos analizado el papel que desempeña el intérprete de la cata de vinos. Posteriormente, hemos llevado a cabo un estudio de los rasgos que caracterizan el lenguaje de la cata y que el intérprete debe conocer. A continuación, hemos realizado un análisis sobre cómo se desarrolla la cata comentada, de qué fases se compone, qué parámetros se valoran y a través de qué instrumento (ficha de cata). Finalmente, hemos creado un glosario terminológico trilingüe (español-alemán-inglés) en el que se recoge la terminología propia de la cata comentada. De esta forma, pretendemos facilitar al intérprete de la cata de vinos su labor de documentación y preparación.

    This work focuses on how to interpret wine tasting, more specifically the commented wine tasting. In this way, the interpretation of the commented wine tasting will be addressed from a double language combination Spanish > German/English. Thus, we based on the data from 2017 related to the main Spanish wine-import countries whose language is German and English. Also, we examined the emerging economic importance of wine tourism in Spain and its efforts to go international. Firstly, we analyzed the role that the wine tasting interpreter plays.

    Later on, we carried out a study of the main characteristics that feature the wine tasting language, which must be known by the interpreter. Then, we did research on how the commented wine tasting is developed, what steps are followed, what parameters are evaluated and through assessment instrument (score sheet). Finally, we have created a trilingual glossary (Spanish-German-English) of commented wine tasting terminology. Thereby, we intend to enable the training and the documentation for the wine tasting interpreter.
