  • Resumen
    • This study examines leadership dynamics between teachers and students working in a school-based makerspace. Utilizing the concept of distributed leadership, we analyzed how the teachers and students social interaction mediated and shaped the leadership dynamics. The results revealed three forms of leadership distribution, namely teacher leadership, shared leadership and student leadership. The teachers appeared to mediate the leadership dynamics through physical positioning and various interactions, adapting to the students' individual needs. The study underlines the complex and dynamic nature of distributed leadership, and points to the importance of understanding the learning processes teachers and students engage in while adapting to working in novel studentcentered learning environments.
