    La investigación busca conocer y comprender el uso, el consumo y la comprensión crítica, que poseen niñas y adolescentes frente al ciberacoso en redes sociales, durante abril de 2019, en el Distrito 6 del Barrio Santa Lucía, el Municipio de Cabezas y el Municipio de Ascención de Guarayos, del Departamento de Santa Cruz.

    También, indaga sobre la capacidad de autoprotección de estas niñas y adolescentes, como ejercicio de su ciberciudadanía. El enfoque metodológico de la investigación es cuantitativo, con un diseño descriptivo, que aplica una encuesta a través de un cuestionario administrado a 229 niñas y adolescentes de 13 a 18 años. El estudio ratifica que las niñas y las adolescentes consultadas desarrollaron una comprensión crítica en torno al ciberacoso que existe en las redes sociales. Este resultado sintoniza con la capacidad de autoprotección de estas niñas y adolescentes, como ejercicio de su ciberciudadanía.

    This study seeks to identify and understand the use, consumption and critical understanding that girls and adolescents have in the face of cyberbullying in social networks. It was conducted during the month of April 2019, in District 6 of the Santa Lucía neighborhood, in the Municipality of Cabezas and the Municipality of Ascent of Guarayos, in the Department of Santa Cruz. Also, study about the self-protection capacity of these girls and adolescents, as an exercise in their cyber-citizenship. The methodological approach was quantitative, with a descriptive survey-based design administered to 229 girls and adolescents aged 13 to 18 years. The study confirms that the girls and adolescents consulted developed a critical understanding of cyberbullying that exists in social networks. This result is in tune with the self-protection capacity of these girls and adolescents, as an exercise in their cyber-citizenship.
