    Una de las principales características de la pandemia de la covid-19 ha sido la dificultad para predecir su evolución y estimar su alcance espacial y temporal.

    Si a comienzos de año parecía que podía circunscribirse a su lugar de origen, China, en apenas un mes nos dimos cuenta de que su expansión era exponencial y que iba a afectar a todo el planeta.

    Las medidas de distanciamiento social y las restricciones a los desplazamientos en todo el mundo han afectado a las ferias de alimentación. Algunas se han visto obligadas a cancelar su celebración y otras han cambiado de fecha. Por ello, más que nunca parece necesario tomar nota del calendario ferial de la próxima temporada para estar al día de las fechas de los próximos eventos.

    One of the primary characteristics of the COVID-19 pandemic has been the difficulty in predicting the evolution of the virus, and estimating how long and how far it would spread.

    At the beginning of the present year it seemed that it could be contained within its country of origin, China, but in less than a month we realised that it was expanding at an exponential rate and that it was going to affect the entire planet.

    Social distancing measures and restricted movement worldwide have affected food fairs everywhere. Some have been forced to cancel, while others have postponed the date. It is therefore more important than ever to make anote of the trade show calendar for the upcoming season in order not to miss a date.
