  • Resumen
    • We constructed a simulation model of human cognitive development and knowledge construction using knowledge from molecular biology and brain science. This model includes three factors that influence individual knowledge construction - memory, emotion, and intention. This simulation model reproduced the metabolism of several chemical substances related to these three factors: e.g., the functions of BDNF, NMDA, serotonin, dopamine, etc. In addition, it also included environmental influences. It was found that several particular learning patterns were controlled by personal intention level, and also that inclusive instructional stimuli effect on some type very well, who have certain combinations of memory, emotion and intention.
