  Las distintas manifestaciones textuales muestran los cambios por los que atraviesa la humanidad y en las últimas décadas han aparecido nuevas textualidades que se originan en la tecnología informática y cobran sentido solo en el ciberespacio.En el presente trabajo se describe de qué manera han sido abordados teóricamente los conceptos de texto y discurso en las últimas décadas del siglo XX, como también los principales rasgos del hipertexto, del discurso multimodal, representativos de una nueva sociedad: la cibercultura.

  The different textual manifestations show the changes that humanity is going through, and in recent decades, new textualities have appeared originated in computer technology and make sense only in cyberspace. This paper tries to describe how the concepts of text and discourse have been theoretically addressed in the last decades of the 20th century, as well as the main features of hypertext and multimodal discourse, representative of a new society: cyberculture.
