    La sociedad actual necesita implementar nuevas acciones de superación que permitan,de manera sencillaypráctica,ponerlasherramientasnecesariasenmanosdelosprofesionales. Es objetivo del este trabajo ofrecerunsistemadeaccionesde superaciónparamejorarlapreparacióndelosprofesionalesdel Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología y Medio Ambiente de la provincia Guantánamo, sustentado en diferentes métodos empíricos y teóricos que contribuyeron a arribar a una fundamentación rigurosamente científica del tema.

    At present, thesociety needs to implement new capacitating actions that allow, in a simple and practical way, to put the necessary tools in the hands of the professionals. The objective of this research work is to offer a system of improvement measures to enhance the preparation of the professionals of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of the Guantánamoprovince, based on different empirical and theoretical methods to contribute to establish a rigorously scientific foundation of the subject.
