The aim of the this paper is to prove the predictive capacity of the different reasoning and representational models in linear syllogisms, such as the imagery model, the linguistic-propositional model, the mixed model and the representational level model. Sixty-four types of linear syllogisms were used in order to achieve the necessary requisites to apply this methodology. Although we did not find statistically significant differences between the two models with the highest predictive capacity, the representational level model can be considered as superior to the mixed model
