La función tutorial en Formación Profesional

    El objetivo fundamental del presente trabajo es analizar la función tutorial en la Formación Profesional en relación con los constantes cambios socioeducativos y normativo para lo cual hemos realizado un trabajo exploratorio. Para ello hemos elaborando una prueba la cual ha sido enviada por correo electrónico a una muestra de centros de las distintas comunidades autónomas de España, en función de su población y titularidad. Prueba que ha sido cumplimentada por 134 tutores y tutoras de Formación Profesional, los cuales manifiestan sentirse satisfechos en su tarea, valorando que ésta es bastante importante para la educación del alumnado y para el funcionamiento del centro. Entienden como importantes las funciones de la acción tutorial establecidas en la normativa, aunque el grado de cumplimiento por su parte lo consideran mejorable. Se manifiestan aceptablemente reconocidos en su función por el profesorado y las familias del centro aunque no así por las administraciones educativas. Encuentran una razonable colaboración en sus funciones por parte del equipo docente, familias y equipo directivo. Entienden que su acción tutorial debe ser tenida en cuenta en su carrera profesional. Las administraciones educativas deberían prestar más atención a la formación de tutores y tutoras de Formación Profesional y mejorar su situación profesional.

    The basic objective of this paper is analyzing the tutor function in Vocational Training in relation to the continuous socio-educational and normative changes. We have prepared an exploratory work. Writing a test which has been sent by email to a sample of centers in the different autonomous communities of Spain according to their population and ownership. The test has been filled in by 134 vocational training tutors who are satisfied with their task, considered valuing that this is quite important for the education of students and for the operation of the school. They understand as important the functions of the tutors established in the regulations, although the degree of compliance on their part is considered improvable. They manifest themselves acceptably recognized in their function by the teachers and families of the school, although not by the educational administrations. They find a reasonable collaboration in their functions by the teaching team, families and management team. They understand that their tutorial action must be taken into account in their professional career. The educational administrations should pay more attention to the training of tutor of vocational training and improve their professional situation.
