    En el presente artículo se analiza la visión del Equipo Directivo (director/a, Jefe/a de Estudios y Secretario/a) sobre la coordinación y organización del voluntariado que participa en Grupos Interactivos, biblioteca tutorizada, Tertulias Literarias y Tertulias Pedagógicas, actuaciones educativas de éxito en tres centros constituidos en Comunidad de Aprendizaje (CdA), de Andalucía (España). Estas actuaciones son consideradas como formas de agrupamiento en CdA para favorecer el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje. La metodología ha sido mixta, por un lado, cuantitativa con cuestionario tipo Likert y, por otro, cualitativa a través de una entrevista. Los resultados destacan que de todas las actuaciones de éxito la que más participación ha tenido ha sido los grupos interactivos

    This article analyzes the vision of the Management Team (school principal, head teacher and secretary) on the volunteering coordination and organization. The volunteers collaborate in interactive groups, tutorship in libraries and literary and pedagogical gathering in three centers from Andalusia (Spain) constituted in Learning Community (CdA). These acts are considered as a form of gathering in CdA to improve the teaching-learning process. The methodology has been mixed, on the one hand, quantitative with Likert type questionnaire and, in the other hand, qualitative through an interview. The results highlight that the most successful proceedings are those that have more participation in the interactive groups
