  En este artículo se realiza un recorrido por las diferentes leyes educativas que ha habido en España –desde la Ley Moyano de 1857 hasta la LOMCE de 2013-, revisando el tratamiento que se le ha ido dando a los jóvenes que presentaban algún tipo de discapacidad. Asimismo, se señalan las principales características de los diversos modelos educativos y sus muy diferentes respuestas a las necesidades que manifiestan, atravesando todo el continuo que va desde la exclusión a la inclusión. También se incide en la necesidad de lograr una escuela inclusiva, que garantice a todos sin excepciones el derecho a la educación, y que contribuya al objetivo deseado y último, que no es otro que el de llegar a una sociedad realmente inclusiva

  This paper describes a path through the different educational laws that have been in Spain -from the Moyano Law -1857- to LOMCE -2013-, reviewing the treatment that has been giving to young people who had a disability occurs. The main features of the various educational models and their very different responses to the needs presented by these people also point out, through the continuum from exclusion to inclusion. It also shows the need for an inclusive school, which guarantees everyone without exception the right to education and to contribute to the ultimate desired target, which is none other than reaching a truly inclusive society.
