    La evaluación del docente por parte del discente es hoy una preocupación relevante en el ámbito de la Universidad, pero ¿qué criterios se siguen?, ¿qué fiabilidad supone? y sobretodo, ¿qué supone para una buena práctica y mejora docente? El alumno evalúa al docente en base a unos criterios poco sólidos, en cambio la repercusión sobre el docente es importante, así termina el docente por preocuparse más en gustar al alumnado que le va a evaluar que en que este aprenda. A pesar de la ineficacia de dicho sistema de evaluación en el ámbito de la Universidad, no se hace nada al respecto por mejorar dicho sistema de evaluación. Por otra parte, el docente se encuentra con un perfil de alumnado, en algunas ocasiones, con un nivel insuficiente para afrontar la formación de maestro, en cambio no hay ningún sistema de evaluación que le permita al docente manifestar estas características.

    The evaluation of teachers by the learner is today one of the most important questions in the field of university concerns, but what are the criteria, what reliability means and above all, what it means for a good practice and teaching improvement? The student evaluates teachers based on too narrow a criterion, however the impact on teachers is important, so ends the teacher more worried for like to the students that will be evaluated in this learn. Despite the ineffectiveness of the system of evaluation, it's sad but this is what is happening in the area of the University, however nothing is done about it to improve the system of evaluation. Moreover, the teacher finds a profile of students; in general, insufficient to stay in a University, however there is no standard evaluation system that allows the teacher to manifest these problems.
