Implementación y evaluación de un curso de Matemáticas en modalidad b-learning: percepciones de alumnos universitario

    Este artículo presenta una investigación-acción sobre el interés y la actividad del alumno en un curso con modalidad semipresencial o blended learning mediante Blackboard como sistema de gestión de aprendizaje, desde un enfoque metodológico cualitativo y cuantitativo. El objetivo fue determinalos factores que influyen en la implementación de un modelo semipresencial y conocer las características que más valoran los estudiantes del curso de primer año de bachillerato en la materia de matemáticasMediante encuestas se recopiló información acerca de la disponibilidad de recursos electrónicos, acceso a internet y conocimientos sobre herramientas tecnológicas, al igual que la percepción de los estudiantes sobre esta modalidad. Los resultados muestran la perspectiva de los alumnos sobre su experiencia en esta modalidad y expresaron los aspectos que consideran de mayor valor para una implementación efectiva de un curso semipresencial.

    This paper presents a research-action study about the interest and activity of students in a blended learning course supported by Blackboard as learning management system from a qualitative and quantitative methodological approach. The objective was to determine the factors that influence the implementation of a blended model and to know the most valued characteristics by students of the course implemented with freshman year of high school in the subject of mathematics. The information was collected through surveys about the availability of electronic resources, internet access, knowledge about the use of technology tools, and the perception of the students about the modality. The results show the perspective of the students about their experience in this modality and expressed the aspects considered the most valuable for an effective implementation of a blended course.
