    • The present study is integrated within the project of research DER 2012-36755 "labour market, career transitions and age: young people and over 55 years of age", financed by the Secretariat of State for Research, Development and Innovation. Therein, it is left from the set of measures that the Government of Spain approved in March 2013 called 'Strategy 2013-2016 youth employment and entrepreneurship' which is part of the national reform plan presented by the Government in response to the European Union recommendations in the field of youth employment. Among the 100 proposals have been identified for our study a total of 30 irectly related to vocational training for the integration of young people into the labour market. Specifically, in this paper, an analysis of state regulation, Andalusian and ARGOS observatory on the m3 measure, which projects the permanence of students in the education system and ensure access to the labor market on equal terms is presented. Pretending to know also, training and integration into the labor market in the Andalusian autonomous community from the gender point of view, as the situation of women in vocational training and the labor market has been taken as a case study. The main conclusion that vocational training has become much more egalitarian, as it has significantly matched the proportion of men and women who enrolled, but still a great professional branches segregation and gender
