Realidad de la mujer inmigrante en Almería

    Con esta comunicación pretendemos conocer los factores que determinan el movimiento migratorio de mujeres en España, en general, y más concretamente en la provincia de Almería, así como analizar sus itinerarios de inserción, hacer un estudio de la realidad social y laboral de estas mujeres y su relación con el contexto educativo. El análisis de la inmigración femenina ofrece una nueva luz al análisis de problemas sociológicos como ha sido la desigualdad social desde las interrelaciones entre género y clase social. Las mujeres inmigrantes a través del cambio social que implica el proceso migratorio deberán cambiar su posición en el sistema de relaciones de género, hacerlo más igualitario. Los cambios que han ido sucediendo en la situación de las familias unidos a la movilidad y una cierta flexibilidad en el mercado de trabajo han dado lugar a demandas laborales que están siendo ocupadas por las mujeres, que en principio estaban presentes en las migraciones formando parte de la reagrupación familiar, pero que en la actualidad se aprecie un gran aumento de las mujeres que deciden emigran solas. Así mismo veremos como cada vez es más necesaria la implantación de enfoques curriculares caracterizados por la integración intercultural, contemplándose en los programas la diversidad cultural tratando de eliminar totalmente los prejuicios étnicos.

    With this communication we expect to know the factors that the migratory movement of women in Spain determine , in general, and more concretely in the county of Almería, as well as to analyze their insert itineraries, to make a study of the social and labour reality of these women and their relationship with the educational context. The analysis of the feminine immigration offers a new light to the analysis of sociological problems as it has been the social inequality from the interrelations between gender and social class. The immigrant women through the social change that implies the migratory process will change their position in the system of gender relationships, to make it more equitable. The changes that they have been happening in the situation of the families linked with the mobility and a certain flexibility in the work market have given place to labor demands that they are being occupied by the women that in principle they were present in the migrations being part of the family regrouping, but at the present time a great increase of the women that they decide they emigrate alone is appreciated.

    Likewise we will see more and more that it is more necessary the installation of curricular focuses characterized by the intercultural integration , the cultural diversity is being contemplated in the programs trying to eliminate the ethnic prejudices totally.
