    • The purpose of this communication is to highlight the importance of collaboration between the Educational Administration and the University and its impact on the improvement of educational practices focused on accompanying students. The pedagogical culture of collaborative work must lead to shared growth, through network learning, sharing training procedures and strategies in a horizontal structure of co-responsibility. This shared knowledge allows spaces for dialogue and communication that favour the relationship between theory and educational practice. The approximation between both realities, theoretical knowledge and professional practice contributes to improving the accompaniment of students in practice, aimed at systematically promoting reflection and awareness of the learning process. The Practice Pedagogical Commission is the organizational structure created for the management of shared knowledge. This Commission is constituted as a professional community that reflects and builds new knowledge.
