    La irrupción de la IA generativa, como ChatGPT, replantea una pregunta crucial: ¿nos está haciendo estúpidos? A diferencia de los buscadores, esta tecnología no solo recupera información, sino que puede pensar y crear por nosotros. El riesgo real no es la herramienta en sí, sino cómo la usamos: delegar todo el esfuerzo cognitivo debilita nuestro pensamiento crítico. Quienes usen la IA para reemplazar su intelecto quedarán en desventaja. El futuro pertenece a quienes la usen para aumentar, no para reemplazar, su propia inteligencia y creatividad.

    The emergence of generative AI, like ChatGPT, raises a crucial question: is it making us stupid? Unlike search engines, this technology doesn’t just retrieve information but can think and create for us. The real risk isn’t the tool itself, but how we use it: delegating all cognitive effort weakens our critical thinking. Those who use AI to replace their intellect will be at a disadvantage. The future belongs to those who use it to augment, not replace, their own intelligence and creativity.
