    • Private and familiar enterprises have taken a huge importance in global economy who talks about a complete line of specialization. In the field of the educative sector of superior levels, exist a type of private educative institutions in Spain and familiars in Mexico, which until now has not been studied in their internal structures and processes. The main objective of this investigation is to design a strategic planning form based in the Theory of the chaos and the complexity of private enterprises and familiars of the educative sector of level superior, obtaining to anticipate itself to future behaviors in its different variables. The used methodology is of mixed nature – qualitative and quantitative – leaning on both approaches to validate this investigation, with a reach according to the level of knowledge obtained with this investigation: exploratory-descriptive. Also required of a no experimental design of descriptive transactional type, all this to investigate the incidence and to provide a vision of the community in study. The unit of analysis used was of managers and administrators of the institutions of private education superior in Catalonia, Spain /familiars in Puebla, Mexico; a no probabilistic or directed sample considered since the election of the elements did not depend on the probability, but of causes related to the characteristics of the investigation. For the data collection two questionnaires were designed with questions based on the scale of Likert, determining their degree of reliability through the alpha of Cronbach. The collected data were treated by the coefficient Pearson and multiple regression, using statistical software SPSS. The design of the proposed model of strategic form for the sustainable directive management will support the survival and competitive growth of this type of institutions. All this, in order to give a tool so that the universities can be sustainable and productive, allowing to guarantee its existence, always considering that the administrative systems constitute a basic function in the organizations. The use the Theory of the chaos and the complexity is a innovating form to develop a strategic plan in private educative institutions in Catalonia- Spain and familiars in Puebla- Mexico of university level superior since it provides the identification of attractors as reference that allow the complex dynamics of the organizations. Taking into account that the educative institutions of superior education are by their nature of service, complex in their structures and processes, due to the growth that in many of the cases is not planned; the Theory of the chaos and the complexity allows to cover those hollows through analysis with the fractals (subsystems); from the field of its strategic processes, key and of support, that allows to identify where the problem or the opportunity of improvement is being originated. Up here the innovation of the design of a model based on this Theory. As a result of the actions conducted in private institutions/ familiar elements were developed that will allow the same to take the correct measures to short, half and long term with a global vision of various systems of management. On this way it is hoped to improve each one of the job positions through the sustainable directive management applying the operation of the innovation. Finally the application of the model within the institutions of study is recommended and to realize a comparison of the performance of this model, as well as deepen in the application in public institutions.
