El objetivo de este estudio es determinar, el impacto formativo que tiene el uso del internet en los estudiantes de secundaria- bachillerato de la población de Ixiamas, la existencia o ausencia de relaciones de manejo efectivo y aceptación del internet que permitan entender el uso del internet en una periferia boliviana. Los desafíos a los que se enfrenta esta población rural para hacer frente al acelerado avance de la tecnología, que por momentos parece lejana para sus pobladores.

The objective of this study is to determine the formative impact that the use of the Internet has on the secondary-high school students of the population of Ixiamas, the existence or absence of relationships of effective management and acceptance of the Internet that allow understanding the use of the Internet. in a Bolivian periphery.
