This thesis addresses the construction and demonstration of a method designed in order to achieve an improvement in the level of optimism, thus resulting in a higher level of productivity at workplace. As the study is based on the creation of a method, we have worked from a quasi-experimental methodology. The measurements carried out focus on moods, optimism and productivity and were conducted pre and post. The results validate the effectiveness of the method and introduce a new way to continue exploring in this direction.
