    The article analyzes national sovereignty in the context of international relations, international geopolitics, human rights, with a focus on the Federative Republic of Brazil. The theme of the study is justified by the importance of strengthening national sovereignty in the face of international economic and political order, for the compliance with human rights, and for an independent and autonomous insertion of Brazil in the global scenario. In recent years, international uncertainties have increased due to global economic crises, sanitary restrictions such as COVID, and especially the Warsin Ukraine and Israel. The world is experiencing a different historical moment, as the dominance of economic, scientific, political, and military power of the wealthiest countries over developing countries is ever greater. The aim of the study is to contribute to the discussions on national sovereignty and human rights, using doctrinal or instrumental research through doctrine and legislation, observing the coherence of the legal system in relation to sovereignty and international treaties. The use of socio-legal research addresses the inconsistencies of the legal system in protecting human rights, through its limitations, relating to the national legal system and the protection of sovereignty. Epistemological research analyzes the concepts and foundations of legal discourse regarding the sovereignty of States in international relations, and the foundations of sovereignty within the limitations of international geopolitics.

    O artigo analisa a soberania nacional, em face das relações internacionais, da geopolítica internacional, do Direitos Humanos, com enfoque na República Federativa do Brasil. O tema do trabalho se justifica, pela importância de fortalecer a soberania nacional em face da ordem econômica e política internacional, para acatamento dos Direitos Humanos, e de uma inserção independente e autônoma do Brasil no cenário mundial. Nos últimos anos aumentaram as incertezas internacionais diante das crises econômicas globais, das restrições sanitárias como o COVID, e especialmente as Guerras na Ucrânia e em Israel. O mundo está vivendo um momento histórico diferente, pois o predomínio do poder econômico, científico, político e militar dos países mais ricos sobre os países em desenvolvimento é cada vez maior. O trabalho tem o objetivo de colaborar para os debates sobre soberania nacional e Direitos Humanos, utiliza no seu desenvolvimento, da pesquisa dogmática ou instrumental através de doutrina e legislação observando a coerência do ordenamento jurídico, frente a soberania e os tratados internacionais. A utilização da pesquisa sociojurídica aborda as incoerências do sistema jurídico naproteção dos direitos humanos, através de suas limitações, relacionando ao ordenamento jurídico nacional e a proteção a soberania. A pesquisa epistemológica analisa os conceitos e fundamentos do discurso jurídico frente a soberania dos Estado nas relações internacionais, e os fundamentos da soberania nas limitações da geopolítica internacional.
