    Este trabajo se centra en el Régimen Especial de Empleados de Hogar, que no ha sido objeto de revisión durante más de veinte años. Se analizará en su integridad la reciente regulación que se ha aprobado en esta materia destacando, por una parte, qué aspectos deben mantenerse (independientemente de los servicios que se prestan en la casa familiar) y, consecuentemente, cuáles deberían ser objeto de reforma. De esta manera, se persigue garantizar los derechos de los trabajadores que actúan en este ámbito y, adicionalmente, evitar los tratos discriminatorios que pudieran existir.

    This work focuses on the Special Scheme for Domestic Employees, which has not been reviewed for more than twenty years. The recent regulation that has been approved in this matter will be analyzed in its entirety, highlighting, on the one hand, which aspects must be maintained (regardless of the services provided in the family home) and, consequently, which should be subject to reform. In this way, the aim is to guarantee the rights of workers who work in this area and, additionally, to avoid any discriminatory treatment that may exist.

    20 urtetik gorako denbora tartean berrikusi gabe egon den Etxeko Langileen Araubide Berezian oinarritzen da lan hau. Arlo honetarako ezarri den arauketa berria bere osotasunean aztertuko da, nabarmenduz, alde batetik, zein atalei eutsi behar zaien (familia-etxean ematen diren zerbitzuak gorabehera, hain zuzen) eta, ondorenez, zeintzuk diren aldatu beharrekoak. Modu honetan, esparru honetan lanean jarduten duen langilearen eskubideak bermatzen dira eta, horrekin batera, bereizkeriazko tratua ekiditen da.
