La Mediación como herramienta de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible en la naciente Ley de Convivencia Universitaria: Propuesta UNIMEDIA

    La presente aportación tiene por objetivo tripular la aeronave de la Cultura de Paz poniendo en funcionamiento cuatro de sus motores independientes pero interconectadospor la mediación.De un lado, los propios Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenibles (ODS): 4 -Educación-y 16 -Paz, Justicia, e Instituciones sólidas-.Y, de otro lado, los Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR)yOnline Dispute Resolutions (ODR), en general,y la mediación, como puente de conexión entre todos ellos, en particular. Vuelo internacional que aterrizará en una de las Instituciones que, a nuestro modo de ver, más y mayor responsabilidad ostenta en la construcción de los ODS y la Cultura de Paz en nuestra sociedad: la Universidad. Todo ello, desde la innovacióny la actualidad, aplicado de forma concreta a España a través dedos Anteproyectos de Ley de Justicia y Educación que, factiblemente, entrarán en vigor en 2022: El Anteproyecto de Ley de Medidas de Eficiencia Procesal del Servicio Público de Justicia (2020, 15 de diciembre)y el Anteproyecto de Ley de convivencia Universitaria(2021, 25 de mayo). Sobre esta base se ha realizado una propuesta de mediaciónpara la Educación Superior: El proyecto UNIMEDIA: una Universidad que media (dialoga, negocia y acuerdaa la hora de gestionar sus conflictos), como modelo, formadora y guía en convivencia pacífica, contribuyendo así de manera esencial a la Cultura de Paz, en el marco de los ODS, Agenda 2030.

    The purpose of this contribution is to man the Culture of Peace aircraft by operating four of its independent but interconnectedengines through mediation. On the one hand, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): 4-Education-and 16 -Peace, Justice, and Solid Institutions-. And, on the other hand, Alternative Dispute Resolutions (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolutions (ODR), in general, and mediation, as a connecting bridge between all of them, in particular. International flight that will land in one of the Institutions that, in our view, has more and greater responsibility in the construction of the SDGs and the Culture of Peace in our society: the University. All this, from the innovation and the present time, applied in a concrete way to Spain, through two Drafts of the Law of Justice and Education that, feasibly, will enter into force in 2022: The Draft of the Law of Procedural Efficiency Measures of the Public Service of Justice (2020,15thDecember) and the Draft University Coexistence Law (2021,25thMay). On this basis,a mediation proposal for Higher Education has been made: The UNIMEDIA Project: a University that mediates -dialogues, negotiates and agrees when managingconflicts-, as a model, trainer and guide in peaceful coexistence, contributinglike this in an essential way to the Culture of Peace, within the framework of the SDGs, Agenda 2030.
