    La Filosofía del Derecho, en cuanto tipo de reflexión y conocimiento específico que aglutina diferentes asignaturas, ha sido en buena medida soslayada en la reforma de planes de estudio que ha conllevado la implementación del Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior. Esta opción no obedece a una mera casualidad, sino a la primacía de un modelo profesionalizador frente a otro humanista. Este trabajo se centra en las aportaciones que pueden realizarse desde el ámbito iusfilosófico a la formación de los juristas. Para ello se analiza cómo debe ser la enseñanza de la Filosofía del Derecho en el EEES y la organización del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de esta. Lo que se pretende es evidenciar las oportunidades y fortalezas que, desde el método de reflexión racional, crítico, totalizador y comprometido, aporta la Filosofía del Derecho a las diferentes titulaciones jurídicas.

    Philosophy of Law, as a type of reflection and specific knowledge which brings together different subjects, has been largely neglected in the study plans’ reform that has led to the implementation of the European Higher Education Area. This option is not due to mere chance, but to the primacy of a professionalizing model over another humanist one. This work focuses on the contributions that can be made from the scope of legal philosophy to the formation of jurists. To that end, there is an analysis of how the Philosophy of Law should be within the EHEA, as well as the organisation of its teaching-learning process. It is intended to highlight the opportunities and strengths that, from a rational, critical, totalizing and committed method of reflection, are brought by Philosophy of Law to the different legal degrees.
