Percepçao da qualidade de vida no trabalho: uma análise sobre sua relaçao com a motivaçao

    O presente trabalho teve como principal objetivo verificar se existe relação entre qualidade de vida no trabalho (QVT) e motivação e conhecer como se configura esta relação. Para tanto, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida na empresa Vita, levando em consideração a percepção dos empregados sobre QVT e o grau de concordância em relação à motivação. No estudo foi utilizada como base teórica a proposta desenvolvida por Fernandes (1996) para a análise do QVT e a proposta de Celinski (1995) para a análise da motivação. Os resultados da pesquisa mostram que 60% dos empregados estão entre bastante satisfeitos e satisfeitos com a QVT e 86% sentem-se motivados, foi possível constatar, para o caso estudado, que existe uma relação significativa entre QVT e Motivação, sendo esta do tipo linear positiva

    The present work had as main objective to verify if exists a relationship between quality of work life (QWL) and motivation and to know how this relationship is configured. For that, the research was developed in the company Vita, considering the employees' perception on QWL and the agreement degree related to the motivation. In the study it was used as theoretical base the proposal developed by Fernandes (1996) for the analysis of QWL and the proposal of Celinski (1995) for the analysis of the motivation. The results of the research shows that 60% of the employees are among quite satisfied and satisfied with the QWL and 86% are motivated, it was possible to verify, for the studied case, that exists a significant relationship between QWL and Motivation, being this a positive linear type.
