• El presente libro reúne las actas del XI Simposio sobre el Sistema Ordovícico, promovido por la Subcomisión de Estratigrafía del Ordovícico de la Unión Internacional de Ciencias Geológicas. Contiene 100 contribuciones, que constituyen las presentaciones orales o carteles en el programa del simposio. El volumen recopila una gran cantidad de la investigación de vanguardia sobre las rocas del Ordovícico de todo el mundo, dando cabida a las aportaciones de 228 autores y coautores de 23 países de cuatro continentes.
