    Es el objetivo del presente artículo, investigar mediante la revisión de la literatura, si la relación de poder presente en la jerarquía escolar actual, entre el actor del preconcepto escolar (docente/alumno) y su víctima (docente/alumno), deviene de antiguos mecanismos disciplinarios institucionales del siglo XVII y XVIII, que aplicaban el poder y la disciplina, en busca de una sociedad más correcta. Se analizarán diversas concepciones de poder, disciplina y prejuicio; y cómo estos interactúan e inciden a lo largo del ciclo vital del sujeto encauzando desde la infancia la conducta de un futuro hombre con personalidad autoritaria, dominado por el entorno cultural en pos de una sociedad productiva.

    The objective of this article is to investigate, through literature review, if the power relationship present in the current school hierarchy, between the actor of the school preconcept (teacher / student) and its victim (teacher / student), comes from ancient institutional disciplinary mechanisms of the seventeenth and eighteenth century, which applied power and discipline, in search of a more correct society. Various conceptions of power, discipline and prejudice will be analyzed; and how these interact and influence throughout the life cycle of the subject, channeling from childhood the behavior of a future man with an authoritarian personality, dominated by the cultural environment in pursuit of a productive society.
