Ressignificando as questões sociais: Realização de exercício de empatia e comunicação alinhado com métricas

    The present work intends to carry out an analysis of good practices, especially regarding social issues. If, on the one hand, all themes related to environmental, social and governance issues are important, it is understood that, on the other hand, the fact is that looking at social issues can even accelerate the positive impacts of other practices. The general objective arising from this, from the focus on good practices in social issues, is to check which elements can maintain, improve, create or review them so that sustainable human development is viable. To meet this general objective, specific objectives are to present the recent context of social issues and think about their present and possibilities for the near future; discuss the main dilemmas that have been experienced in order to advance, such as the issue of diversity and inclusion and effective practices that provide people with well-being and happiness; and, finally, guide the construction of the foundations so that such dilemmas can be overcome. The hypothesis is that this depends on empathy and communication, as well as the continuous concern with metrics. The methodology used, which is bibliographical research of a qualitative nature, centred on the most relevant scientific materialson the topic, will allow us to problematize these themes, understanding, conclusively, that it is necessary to give new meaning to social issues to simplify them. This, in other words, corresponds to understanding that everyone's engagement to overcome social problems is an inherent part of the human condition. To this end, it will be necessary, as pointed out in the hypothesis, to awaken and nurture empathy and structure assertive communication in this sense, using qualitative and quantitative data. As for empathy, it is considered the closest point that can be reached in relation to someone, in an exercise of respect towards others, humanizing intersubjective bonds. Communication, in turn, is a powerful tool that can be used to generate dialogue and accelerate points of consensus in favor of a fairer, egalitarian, supportive and even more affectionate society. Finally, the metrics will help both in understanding the status and in designing the indispensable strategies to enable the protection of human dignity for all people everywhere. It is also concluded that, although several challenges are posed, human virtues can surprise; they are many and powerful, just demanding that more focus be concentrated on them, so that the good initiatives underway can continue. The entire society can –and should –collaborate in this sense, in a true exercise, as seen, of empathy, communication and metrics. It is ultimately suggested that all social agents can act in this sense, highlighting the fundamental role of leaders in the most diverse spaces of power.

    O presente trabalho pretende realizar uma análise das boas práticas, especialmente referentes às questões sociais. Se por um lado todos os temas correlatos às questões ambientais, sociais e de governança são importantes, entende-se que, por outro lado, fato é que o olhar para as sociais poderá acelerar inclusive os impactos positivos das demais práticas. O objetivo geral decorrente disso, do foco nas boas práticas em questões sociais, é o de checar quais são os elementos capazes de mantê-las, aprimorá-las, criá-las ou revê-las para que o desenvolvimento humano sustentável seja viável. Para atender este objetivo geral, são objetivos específicos apresentar o contexto recente das questões sociais e pensar acerca de seu presente e possibilidades para um futuro breve; dialogar sobre os principais dilemas que tem experimentado para avanços, tais como a questão da diversidade e da inclusão e de efetivas práticas que oportunizem bem-estar e felicidade às pessoas; e, por fim, nortear a construção das bases para que tais dilemas sejam superados. A hipótese é a de que isso depende de empatia e de comunicação, bem como da contínua preocupação com métricas. A metodologia utilizada, qual seja a pesquisa bibliográfica de natureza qualitativa, centrada nos materiais científicos mais relevantes sobre o tema, permitirá problematizar estes temas, entendendo-se, em caráter conclusivo, que é necessário ressignificar as questões sociais para simplificá-las. Isto, em outras palavras, corresponde a entender ser parte inerente da condição humana o engajamento de todos para superar problemas sociais. Para tanto, será necessário, como apontado na hipótese, despertar e nutrir a empatia e estruturar comunicação assertiva neste sentido, valendo-se de dados qualitativos e quantitativos. Quanto à empatia, é considerada o ponto mais próximo de se pode chegar em relação a alguém, em um exercício de respeito para com o outro, humanizando os vínculos intersubjetivos. A comunicação, por sua vez, é uma ferramenta poderosa que pode ser utilizada para gerar diálogos e acelerar pontos de consenso em prol de uma sociedade mais justa, igualitária, solidária e mesmo mais afetuosa. Por fim, as métricas auxiliarão tanto na compreensão do status quanto no desenho das estratégias indispensáveis para viabilizar o sentido da proteção da dignidade da pessoa humana de todas as pessoas em todos os lugares. Conclui-se ainda que, embora diversos desafios estejam postos, as virtudes humanas podem surpreender: são muitas e poderosas, demandando apenas que mais foco seja nelas concentradas, para que as boas iniciativas em curso possam seguir. Toda a sociedade pode –e deve –colaborar neste sentido, em verdadeiro exercício, como visto, de empatia, comunicação e métricas. Sugere-se, de maneira derradeira que todos os agentes sociais possam atuar nesse sentido, sendo dado destaque ao papel fundamental das lideranças nos mais diversos espaços de poder.
