    The approach of this article consists of reflecting and understanding the Ubuntu Ethics observed from the praxis of the educators who enforced Law No. 10,639/03 in the classroom. The objective is to present the motivations that led teachers to develop educational activities with thetheme of African and Afro-Brazilian History and Culture, highlighting the Ubuntu Ethics in their anti-racist pedagogical practices in order to analyze how the axiological dimension of the Ubuntu Philosophy is manifests itself in the daily school life of teachers. The bibliographical review and the production of semi-structured interviews with public school teachers whomanaged to implement the aforementioned law for data production and analysis characterized the methodology. The motivations expressed in the interviews are implicitly experienced in relation to Ubuntu Ethics.

    A abordagem deste artigo consiste em refletir e compreender a Ética Ubuntu observada a partir da práxis das educadoras que fizeram valer a Lei nº 10.639/03 em sala de aula. O objetivo é apresentar as motivações que levaram as professoras a desenvolverem atividades educativas com a temática da História e Cultura Africana e Afro-brasileira, evidenciando a Ética Ubuntu em suas práticas pedagógicas antirracistas de modo a analisar de que forma a dimensão axiológica da Filosofia Ubuntu se manifesta no cotidiano escolar das docentes. A revisão bibliográfica e a produção das entrevistas, semiestruturadas, com as professoras do ensino público que conseguiram implementar a referida lei para produção e análises dos dados caracterizou a metodologia. As motivações expressas nas entrevistas são de forma implícita vivenciadas relacionadas com a Ética Ubuntu.
