The knowledge that teachers have about the prevention of occupational risks is often summarised in the different training courses that are carried out annually. Consequently, the perception that teachers have must be fundamental to be able to know, through knowledge, the reality they have in their daily lives. From this, different proposals could be provided that would be of great help to improve this area in educational centres. Therefore, in this work a methodological triangulation has been carried out where a series of quantitative (surveys) and qualitative (interviews) techniques are combined. Thus, it focuses on the different areas that most affect teachers: psychosociology, ergonomics and safety at work.
On the other hand, we must specify all those problems that have nothing to do with the physical nature, since they are derived from the mental load to which they are subjected due to the hours with students with high ratios, the increase in the load bureaucracy, the difficulty in preparing classes and the different regulatory changes. Likewise, the difficulties caused by the different changes produced in environmental matters must be taken into account, with climatic changes that affect what causes an increase in exhaustion and physical discomfort.
